Welcome to Southdown Acres Angoras

Deposits are due upon contact for available Angora bunnies. These deposits are small and non-refundable, through no fault of the breeder. If something should happen to the reserved rabbit, Southdown Acres LLC will refund the deposit immediately. **NO HOLDS ALLOWED** We do not hold your place on the waitlist if you do not respond. We extend the same respect to you that we ask in return as we strive to keep our rabbitry services fair for everyone.

**If you choose to switch rabbits after a deposit is made to either the same litter or a different litter, your deposit will be lost, and a new deposit is required, along with a $20 transfer fee (if the reserved rabbit is over 4 weeks old).

Gender is not guaranteed until 12 weeks of age. Most of our rabbits go to their new homes at 8 weeks, depending on their independence and health. Please understand that refunds based on wrong gender are not accepted, as we are very upfront about the difficulty of sexting rabbits before 12 weeks. We also do not take deposits based on waiting for gender or eye color; please check back on availability as they become older and are not reserved.

Transportation

We do work with transportation and in the next section provides a list of transporters we recommend. However, if there is one in mind you would like to use, please let us know ahead of time. We understand that getting set up with transport is a timing issue, and we can keep bunnies a few weeks longer to ensure they get on transport. But we kindly ask that bunnies be paid in full by the local pickup date, and the pedigree will be emailed to you directly at that time. **We do not refund deposits based on transportation scheduling issues; we can shift funds to another litter, or we can hold the bunny with boarding fees.
